Private parties 

Any group wishing to hold a private party (closed to the public) may do so during any non-open hours by scheduling a date with us. The approximate number of guests will need to be turned in a week before, in order to schedule help. The standard $50.00 private party deposit will be required and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 48 hours of the event.  The rates for private parties are as follows:

2 Hour party (including 20 min before and after for set up and take down)   $175.00  (as of 1/1/12)

3 Hour party (including 20 min before and after for set up and take down)  $235.00  (as of 1/1/12)

4 Hour party (including 20 min before and after for set up and take down)   $295.00  (as of 1/1/12)

For parties having 48 guests or more, you are required to have a 3 or 4 hour party in order to accommodate all players.

The amount of guests is up to you, but please understand that the golf and laser tag time will be divided equally among those wishing to play to ensure equal playing time for all.

Private parties will be allowed to bring in food. NO OUTSIDE DRINKS- We ask that beverages be purchased from us. (20 free drink cards are included)

Alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed.

Management may require code of conduct form to be filled out by the party contact person and guests will be held to those terms.
