Participation at Isaak's Family Fun involves physical activity. As devoted as we are to your safety, your safety is, in large part, dependent on your attitude and willingness to follow the posted rules and instructions given by staff members.

By signing this agreement you understand this is between “you” (the player and your affiliates) and “us” (Isaak's Family Fun), its owners, employees, builders, manufacturers, designers, and property owners). You wish to participate in Laser Tag and or all other activities at Isaak's Family Fun now and in the future You agree that whenever you are at Isaak's Family Fun

1 Code of Conduct . You will play at Isaak's Family Fun according to the posted rules or instructions given by staff members. You accept responsibility for any damages (including equipment) you cause at Isaak's Family Fun. You will report any injury before leaving.

2 Risk of participation. You understand that participation involves physical activity that could result in injury. (Some risks could involve contact with other players or walls in the arena). You assume all risks of injury. The Arena is supervised, but portions of the Arena are not supervised continuously.

3 Waiver. You release us from any liability for losses that may arise out of your participation at Isaak's Family Fun except for losses that may result from our gross negligence.

4 Indemnity Agreement. You will indemnify and defend us from any claims or suits made by anyone arising out of your activity at Isaak's Family Fun, (including all fees thereby incurred by us).

I agree to comply with all rules, regulations and policies during my participation and understand Isaak's Family Fun reserves the right to remove me for failing to follow the same, without refund.

I hereby grant Management reproduction rights to use my name and likeness in all media, including the internet, for any purpose without further compensation to me.

I acknowledge, understand and agree that I have read this release of liability and assume all risk associated with participating and that I sign this release of liability voluntarily and without inducement.

All players under the age of 18 at the time of participation must have a parent or guardian sign below.

I certify that I am the parent or guardian with legal responsibility for the above signed participant and agree to his/her release. I also agree to indemnify the above named companies and individuals from all liabilities resulting from his/her participation in these activities for myself, my heirs, assigns and next of kin.
